We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

For Other Countries

We offer free shipping on all international orders over $150 (or Equivalent Currency). A standard shipping charge of $26 (or Equivalent Currency) for upto 1 Kilograms will be charged for all international orders below $150.

DELIVERY METHOD

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier services such as DHL, Blue Dart and Fedex. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items our shipped. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

SHIPPING ERRORS

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items along with the courier opening video from removing the label to checking the product in your hand.

We do thorough quality checks before sending any courier and have a 7 days return/exchange policy for all our customers. Every piece of jewellery has a jewellery tag attached to it. Please note that no return/exchange will be provided, if the jewellery tag found will be tampered or removed.

As a standard company policy, we do not issue refunds. In case of returns, we will provide you a credit note of the equivalent amount which can be redeemed on our website to purchase any other item. That credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date it will be issued to you.

In case of exchange, we will send you the fresh piece of the same product ordered by you once we will receive the returned item in our warehouse.
